At the time of booking make sure that you have requested BidAir pet lounge call centre by calling, that your pets travel on the same flight in which you are travelling. Confirm the availability of space on the flight by calling 48 hours prior to departure. Animals should be at the pet lounge at least 2 hours prior to domestic flights and 4 hours for regional flights. Only service dogs will be checked at the airport and are allowed into the cabin if you have informed in the advance. Cat and dog owners need to provide an inoculation booklet when dropping their pets at BirAir pet lounge off for travel. Rabies inoculations are compulsory nationwide and a waiting period of 7 to 14 days is required between inoculations and the date of flight.
